Insurance / Payment / Billing

At CyberKnife Center of Miami, we accept most insurance plans as well as Medicare. Please call our office at (800) 204-0455 and our staff will work with you every step of the way to assure you get coverage.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, and American Express.
